Psychoterapeutka

Absolwentka Wydziału Psychologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (specjalizacji: psychoterapia). Uzyskała certyfikat psychoterapeutki psychoanalitycznej IPP. Doświadczenia zawodowe zdobywała w Akademickim Ośrodku Psychoterapii, Mazowieckim Centrum Neuropsychiatrii i Rehabilitacji Dzieci i Młodzieży oraz w Centrum Psychoterapii Szpitala Nowowiejskiego. Prowadzi również warsztaty dla młodzieży i dorosłych w zakresie m.in. radzenia sobie ze stresem (z elementami mindfulness), rozpoznawania własnych emocji oraz integracji w grupie. Pracuje indywidualnie i długoterminowo. Korzysta ze stałej superwizji.

Pracuje z: dorosłymi, młodzieżą.

Pracuje również w języku angielskim.

She holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw, where she specialized in psychotherapy. She is certified as a psychoanalytical psychotherapist at the IPP. She gained professional experience in the Academic Psychotherapy Center, the Mazovian Center for Neuropsychiatry and Rehabilitation of Children and Adolescents and the Psychotherapy Center of Nowowiejski Hospital. She also runs workshops for adolescents and adults, i.a. on stress management (using mindfulness techniques), recognizing  one’s emotions and group integration. She works psychoanalytically, individually, long-term. She works under regular supervision.
